Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, housing application details, proof-of-income and proof-of-identity references, lease and signature records, and payment-related information processed by our payment provider. We also collect limited technical information (such as authentication session data) needed to operate the service securely.

Your information is used solely for staff and system purposes — to review and manage housing applications, prepare and administer leases, process rent and fees, provide resident support, operate building access and maintenance, and keep the platform secure and functioning. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We retain customer information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, administer active and past tenancies, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is removed or de-identified.

We protect customer data with industry-standard safeguards, including database Row Level Security (RLS) that restricts access at the record level, and Cloudflare anti-cyberattack protections (such as DDoS mitigation, a web application firewall, and bot defenses) that guard the service against malicious traffic. Sensitive operations run server-side over encrypted connections, and access to data is limited to authenticated, authorized staff.

Your information is never shared with anyone outside official Luxora Living staff members, except for the trusted service providers that are strictly necessary to run the platform on our behalf (for example, our authentication/database host and our payment processor), who are bound to protect it and may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

You may review and update your profile information from your account, and you can contact us to ask about the information we hold about you or to request its deletion where we are not required to retain it.
